We now have six tools that we offer at Between Sessions Resources. Many of our tools are truly ground-breaking and are new to many people. We encourage you to review the tutorials on each of our modules and if you have any questions please contact us at customerservice@betweensessions.com. We normally respond to questions within a few hours and if you like, we would be happy to set up a live individualized demos to answer all of your questions.
The Library of Tools
Between Sessions Resources has over 3500 Tools including worksheets, workbooks, audio, printable games, journals, and more. When you first sign in, you will the newest tools that we have added. We add at least 3 to 5 new tools a week.
We have 6 different Libraries and your access to different Libraries will depend on your membership level.
One of the most interesting features of the company is our ability to write new tools at the request of our members. If you need a tool that you can’t find in the Library, just write us at customerservice@betweensessions.com. Please give us as much detail as you can about the tool you are looking for.

The Psychology Forms Filler
The Psychology Forms Filler lets you send any tool from our Library to fill out online. In addition, you can edit the tool before you send it.
When your client gets a tool or form and fills it out, she can download it, print it, and/or send it back to you with one click.
You can also upload any PDF to the Psychology Forms Filler to edit and send to clients.
PsychAssist
PsychAssist is a HIPAA-compliant chatbot that enables therapists to write treatment plans, interpret completed psychological homework and data sheets, create psychoeducational handouts, and more.
And it does all these tasks in minutes.
The Prompt Tutorial Page makes it easy for you to craft the right prompts for each job and this page is continually updated to improve the prompts.

Progress Notes Generator
The Progress Notes Generator can take an audio or video recording and within minutes create editable Progress notes.
The Generator can format your notes in three different formats, a comprehensive analysis of the session, SOAP notes, DAP notes.
You can record a session from our when you are using our Virtual Counseling Rooms for telehealth as well as from many other telehealth platforms. You can record an in-person session using a computer or a digital tape recorder. Always make sure you have a signed permission form if you want to record a client session.
If clients prefer that you do not record their sessions, we recommend you take handwritten notes and then dictate into your computer using a recording program like Audacity. This is a free download that will easily create an MP3 file to upload into the Progress Notes Generator.
Virtual Counseling Rooms
The Virtual Counseling Room tool is an interactive telehealth platform that can be used for both telehealth and “between sessions” assignments.
Therapists can use ready-made templates or create rooms from “scratch” to assign to a client.
Rooms consist of a variety of elements including card decks, videos, audio, rating sliders, eye movement, breathing balls, emojis, stickers, and much more.
There are templates for all age groups and many different problems, but each can be individualized to the needs of a client.
The Workbook Creator
With our Library of over 3500 Tools, we started to wonder whether our members might have a difficult time finding just the right tools for each client. Then we found the answer in our Workbook Creator. With this one-of-a-kind tool, you can send a Problem Checklist to a client to fill out online. When they return it, our Workbook Creator selects the tools that will best target the client’s problem. You can then curate the tools, add an introduction if you like, and create a cover in a few minutes. With one click, you can create an individualized workbook for a client.
And that’s not all! You can also create a “generic” workbook for your practice which you can use with many different clients. Who knew that writing a book could be this fun and easy!
